Real estate piqued Jennifer’s interest in her young life when she and her parents collaborated on the purchase of her college condo. She relished every detail of that financing and purchasing process. While studying at Florida State University, Jennifer took a real estate class and fell in love with the industry! She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2008 and subsequently earned a master’s degree in accounting. In 2016, Jennifer took a leaf of faith and left her accounting career to pursue her real estate adventure. Jennifer’s finance and accounting experience adds unique layers of expertise to the services she provides to all her clients.

Jennifer also has vast knowledge and experience with selling property. She has listed short sales, move-in ready homes, townhouses, condos, as well as homes that needed repairs or updates. Jennifer has the knowledge, experience and resources required to prepare properties for their market debut.
Jennifer thrives on serving others with care and compassion. While purchasing or selling a home or property can bring joy, there are times when it can be emotionally challenging. Jennifer feels called by God to walk her clients through the emotions of buying and selling, especially the painful and hard emotions.
Jennifer grew up on the Alabama Gulf Coast spending lots of time deep sea fishing and playing softball. Jennifer spent several years in Tallahassee, Florida before moving back to Sweet Home Alabama. She has called Shelby County, Alabama home since 2009.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, son & their miniature schnauzers. As a family, they love taking their bass boat out on the lakes surrounding the greater Birmingham area. Jennifer enjoys reading books, and as a true lover of real estate, she thrives on home improvement projects.

Originally born in San Antonio, Texas, I’ve spent most of my life in Alabama and I’m proud to call it home. Raised in Huntsville by two Army officers, including a mother who truly wore combat boots, I learned early the values of service and commitment. I attended Jacksonville State University and followed in my parents’ footsteps with a military career of my own. I later married Beverly, a lovely lady and a Birmingham native. I spent more than a decade traveling the world, jumping out of airplanes for a living.
After the first Gulf War, I made the decision to transition out of military life to focus on my growing family. I entered the heating and air conditioning industry, where I eventually led the company. Later, I took on a leadership role in the plumbing field. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the systems that keep homes running—and sparked my passion for helping others navigate the home ownership process.
I also hold a Mortgage Originator license, which allows me to guide clients through financing with confidence and clarity. Today, I live in Chelsea, Alabama, and in my free time, I enjoy woodworking, volunteering with Hearts in Hands, and spending time with my wife, our three grown children, and nine wonderful grandchildren.

Originally from West Alabama, Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from The University of Alabama in 2007. Her professional background includes work with several of Alabama’s top employers, where she sharpened her skills in customer service and data analysis—skills that now serve her clients well in today’s competitive housing market.
Since 2009, Jennifer and her husband, Keedric, have made their home in Chelsea, where they’ve raised two daughters and successfully operate Mr. Klean Carwash & Detail in Childersburg.
Outside of real estate, Jennifer enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and staying involved in her children’s extracurricular activities. She also treasures quality time with family, especially during their lively game nights.
